By using Cura Health (“Cura”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Cura provides evidence-informed supplement recommendations for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen, especially if you take prescription medications or have an existing health condition.

3. Use of service

You must be 18 or older to use Cura. You are responsible for the accuracy of the health information you provide. You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to reverse-engineer our recommendation system.

4. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe — your card details never touch our servers. Refunds are handled in accordance with UK consumer law.

5. Delivery

We currently ship to UK addresses only. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. If your order is lost or damaged, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cura Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

7. Changes to these terms
